Sweatin' all the bitches in the biker shorts.
Good sign that taking this job was the right decision: The boom box in the bathroom is playing Naked City.
There's still room for inventiveness in irony, but nobody told nerdcore hip hop.

Rhinestones and tassels adorned leather and denim, which adorned bodies aged eighteen to forty-eight, travelers hailing from as far as West Virginia. Many were veterans of the air guitar stage, and some had competed as recently as the previous night. Thanks all for your opinions on CDs staying or going. Valid points on both sides underscore a difficult decision. For now, the CDs stay.
Big con to keeping CDs: Moving and storing them. Big pro: Like bookshelves, CD shelves tell your story. Crap vs. Chronicle. Discuss.
Nostalgia, liner notes, and bragging rights are the reasons I still have my 1000+ CDs. Did those who don't miss their CDs have these issues?

Imagining how much better the new Metallica record might have been if Rick Rubin had given them what he gave Slayer in 1986: succinctness.
Jump to the jam, boogie woogie jam slam.
Irony: Feeling old for thinking that much of what the indie music scene digs these days is basically impotent adult contemporary pop bleck.
It's been years since I've heard mention of Chuck Berry's fabled excretory sex tape, but I still giggle at his song "Wee Wee Hours."
