Zaly9
A collaborative, quasi-Dadaist zine
Art, code, writing, graphic design, illustration, print design

Some friends and I started Zaly in the late ’90s as a parody of the grassroots, amateur nature of zines, but it quickly became a repository for many of our ideas that couldn’t find a home anywhere else: fever dreams in the form of prose, poetry, comics, design, and more. The less sense it all made, the better. Zaly fizzled out after a few years, but two decades later, we got the band back together for a ninth issue and picked up right where we left off.
