Solid Product Design
Branding for an industrial product design and engineering shop
Graphic design

Solid Product Design began as a subsidiary of a larger company, and when they broke off as an independent entity, they needed a visual identity that would communicate the nature of the company and its soup-to-nuts industrial design and engineering services: straightforward and dependable. I worked with them to develop a logo with several variants, and a brand guide with helpful guardrails around logo usage, color palette, and typography. The brand’s central motif, a stylized O, is a literal depiction of something solidifying, as well as a figurative depiction of the process of ideation, design, and fabrication as a product comes into focus.
