Bully
Wow, if I was looking for a full-time gig, I would be all over this: getharvest.com/careers/visual…
My collected, tweet-length House of Cards episode reviews: sfy.co/r3ZP
Just emptied my overgrown Instapaper queue, realizing I will never have a shortage of good stuff to read. Fear of missing out: conquered.
House of Cards, Season 1: Good, but too problematic to be great. Several fresh conflicts primed for Season 2, but I’m not sure I’ll be back.
House of Cards, Ep. 13: The cat-and-mouse thing seems prosaic, and the church soliloquy was ridiculous, but this was a hardworking finale.
No matter how often I use @TripIt, it never feels any less clunky.
House of Cards, Ep. 12: I wonder if Palin would have happened if McCain was pals with Major Dad.
House of Cards, Ep. 11: Boundaries are what make a game engaging. Now I know Frank’s game has none. I’ll finish as a completist, not a fan.
My Top 3 #lastfm Artists: Otis Redding (60), Low (55) & Billy Bragg (25) tweekly.fm/twitter/robweycher…
Do the Brits call him Jay-Zed?
House of Cards, Ep. 10: Decent cliffhanger. I’m curious to see Frank deal with serious fallout for once. Claire’s Rumspringa, not so much.
It’s the end of an era. @RockBand was a truly beautiful thing, and I’m proud to have been a small part of it. polygon.com/2013/3/21/4134…
Low
Just got tickets for pretty much the best possible seats to see @lowtheband at @NyseC in March.
Oh, just seeing my favorite band (@lowtheband) with my favorite person (@ChamberMonster). No big deal.
Great room. Great sound. Great set list. Great band. My eighth @lowtheband show in eleven years was the best one yet.
House of Cards, Ep. 9: Kill Bill, Vol. 3: Menopause. Leftover from Ep. 8: “Russo 2014: He’s better than nothing!” I’m losing interest.
My Top 3 #lastfm Artists: Killing Joke (13), Otis Redding (12) & Orange 9mm (12) tweekly.fm/twitter/robweycher…
House of Cards, Ep. 8: Frank’s past is boring. Is anyone not trying to get in Claire’s pants? And: A Philly accent isn’t that difficult.

Maybe it’s not global warming. Maybe al-Qaeda has gotten its hands on Cobra’s deadly Weather Dominator.
The fact that your gratitude is not my goal doesn’t make you any less rude for not offering it.
My favorite internet thing this week: horseysurprise.tumblr.com
Really fun whiskey tasting with Colum Egan, the Bushmills master distiller, at @studiomates today. Wish my dad could have been here.

The whole “Bring our favorite TV show back from the dead!” thing isn’t usually my bag, but count me in for this one: kck.st/Z1HJRR
Teenager on the subway dared by her friends to touch my beard. She should be somewhere in my small intestine by now.
Somewhere high on my time machine list is that 1992 Helmet / Faith No More tour.
House of Cards, Ep. 7: Still don’t see what boning Zoe gets Frank. Glad we’re finally digging into Doug. I dig Doug. When does he sleep?

Wussy
Another excellent @wussymusic show last night. So nice to see great music performed with such honest joy.
House of Cards, Ep. 6: Have to admit, the reminder that Claire is stone-cold landed pretty hard. But Frank’s win struck me as inelegant.
According to my research, and contrary to my expectations, only 6% of film posters featuring Danny DeVito make an overt joke of his height.
The Icon Handbook by @Hicksdesign delivers on its ambitious promise and then some. Comprehensive, clear, fantastic. fivesimplesteps.com/products/the-i…

The Icon Handbook
As if to drive home the point that I won’t be in Austin for the next week, it is now snowing horizontally in New York.
Skipping what would’ve been my 9th SXSW in a row. I’ll miss seeing friends and films, but the interactive conference is just too bulky now.
House of Cards, Ep. 5: Extramarital logistics. Old media dying. Lobbyist slap fight. Russo, sympathetic minus s-y-m. Busywork episode.
Reminder: Karen Carpenter was awesome. youtu.be/Yt5mBWzu72M
Every time I see a bench on the island in the middle of Flatbush Ave, I wonder who in the world would ever want to sit on it.
Just in case you haven’t given up on The Flaming Lips yet, Wayne Coyne shot an entire documentary on an iPhone in portrait orientation.
So the thing says Matchbox Twenty is playing tomorrow and the show is sold out and I don’t know why I even live on this planet.
Excited to have sketch notes from my @brooklynbeta talk included in @evalottchen’s impressive Sketchnotes 2012 book! sketchnotesbook.com
House of Cards, Ep. 4: Those are some of the ugliest uglies ever to bump. Who will play Gozer?
BQ or plain?
Insomnia. Managed to get to sleep about an hour before it was time to get up. At least I got in some good reading.
And the hooting, writhing mass of douche burst forth from the Long Island Railroad, and our hero learned of the Swedish House Mafia.
My Top 3 #lastfm Artists: The Beatles (59), Wussy (23) & John Zorn (20) tweekly.fm/twitter/robweycher…
Can’t decide if I’d be okay with Prince wrecking my guitar. Dick move, but as with everything, he did it with style. feedproxy.google.com/~r/Pitchfork…
House of Cards Ep. 3: Frank is more compelling on defense than offense. I’m skeptical that Russo’s redemptive struggle will be affecting.
Saturday morning. vine.co/v/bXPam1Jg7aK
Exactly 2 of the 88 people I follow on @vineapp use it in reliably interesting ways. I guess Twitter was this boring at first, too. Hmm.
